slow room service wilted lettuce

the hotel location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

The room service was slow. i ordered a simple salad, but it took over an hour to arrive. the salad wasn't fresh. The lettuce was wilted and the tomatoes were mushy. i also found the noise levels disruptive. I could hear street noise late into the night, and there were loud noises from other rooms.

Superb Hotel Experience!

generous buffet clean pool

This hotel really impressed me. The breakfast buffet was a big hit with many choices. I loved the live cooking stations. They served fresh dosas and omelettes. The gym has water and towels. I liked the clean indoor swimming pool.

empty mini-bar misleading view

i was a bit let down by the lack of attention to detail. our room had a mini-bar , but it was completely empty , it was quite inconvenient. also , the promised mountain view was more of a side view , it was misleading to expect something different.
